This page will contain all the information you need to enter the new Watergate Sprint. Here you will find event regulations, forms and important updates for competitors so please ensure you keep checking the page on the run up to the event.

Following the outstanding success of our first two events in 2018 and 2019 the Organisers were very disappointed to have to cancel the 2020 event due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. We are happy to report that the event will be held again in 2021 but that due to planned building works down in Watergate Bay we will run the Watergate Sprint on the closed B3276.

The first closed road motor sport Speed Hillclimb event in England was the result of Truro & District Motor Club efforts since 2013 and now with the help of Newquay Auto Club and Plymouth Motor Club we will continue with closed road motorsport in 2021.

We continue enjoying cooperation and support from the Motorsport UK, local businesses, landowners, local authorities and Councillors, Fire Service, Ambulance, RNLI, Coastguard and the Police.

As another step in the growth of the event we welcome our first Championships to Watergate Bay, the Insite Graphics Speed League Championship.
