Set out here are the Terms and Conditions under which Watergate Sprint are prepared to grant admission to the Event. Your attendance at the Event constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside, and are in addition to our policies, including our privacy and cookie policies.

Advanced Tickets
Advanced Tickets are available for a limited time through our website. You can only purchase tickets from the website if you are at least 18 years old.
The description of the tickets on our website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the tickets. When an order has been submitted on the website, we can reject it for any reason, although we will try to tell you the reason without delay. It is your responsibility to check that your ticket order is correct when you submit it to us.
A contract will be formed for the sale of the tickets only when you receive an email from us confirming the order. You must ensure that the order confirmation is complete and accurate and inform us immediately of any errors. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the order placed by you.
Advanced tickets will be delivered to you by email only. Tickets should be printed by you and presented to gate staff to gain entry to the Event. We will not be held liable for any lost or stolen tickets, nor will we be obliged to replace or re-issue such tickets.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. We may ask for proof of identity as proof of ownership of the tickets presented.
The resale of tickets for profit or commercial gain is strictly prohibited and will render any such tickets null and void.
Tickets should only be purchased through our website. Reproduction of tickets or tickets purchased from unauthorised sources will lead to refusal of admission and possible prosecution.
Free admission tickets are available for children aged 14 years and under at the time of the Event. Proof of age may be sought at our discretion.
Exhibitors & Traders
All vehicles are exhibited at the owners risk. We accept no liability for loss or damage to such vehicles or their contents.
There is to be strictly no unauthorised movement of vehicles within the Event Site from 8:30am until the finalisation of the days motorsport activities.
General
Due to the very nature of motorsport events, we reserve the right to amend or cancel the programme in part, or in full, without prior notice. In this circumstance, we will have no obligation to refund monies in respect of any tickets purchased.
We reserve the right to refuse admission in any reasonable circumstance.
Re-entry to the Event shall be granted at our discretion. No entry or re-entry will be permitted on conclusion of the Event.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
No dogs are permitted on the Event Site.
The use of drones or similar on or near the site is strictly prohibited.
Attention must be paid to all signage, in particular prohibited areas. You should remain in the designated areas at all times.
Vehicles left in the designated parking areas are parked entirely at the owners’ risk and we accept no liability for loss or damage to such vehicles or their contents.
The Event may be filmed and/or photographed. Your attendance at the event affirms your express consent for any images or footage captured of you to be used in any and all media and for any purpose as we see fit.
The use of video or stills photography equipment for commercial gain is forbidden without our express consent.
Motor racing can be dangerous and noisy and you acknowledge that you may be exposed to possible risk of physical harm due to the nature of the Event. We are not responsible for any loss or damage howsoever caused to you or your property, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You voluntarily assume all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
We will not be liable for any delay in performing our obligations as a result of fire, flood or similar natural disaster, strikes, industrial disputes, abnormally inclement weather, war, acts or threats of terrorism, governmental order or decrees or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
In the interests of public safety, we reserve the right to request you to leave during or immediately after the Event.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes arising shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
