Motorsport can be dangerous and to ensure the safety of everyone at the venue, media access will be controlled throughout the weekend.

As one of only a handful of closed-public-road motorsport events in the UK, we will be monitoring the media closely. Please ensure you adhere to the requests of the organisers at all times.

Our primary concern is the safety of anyone involved in the event and that of course includes the media. The event will be adopting a two-tier media accreditation which offers two levels of access for the event.

• LEVEL ONE – offers a Media Pass only and caters mainly for the needs of journalists. Holders of this pass will be allowed into any spectator location free of charge plus any paddock areas.

• LEVEL TWO – adds an event Media Tabard and carries additional privileges as set out in the conditions below – caters only for photographers and broadcasters. Holders of the tabard will be offered all that of a level one pass holder plus access to specific MEDIA ONLY areas on the course. This will NOT allow access to prohibited areas, marshals posts or ANY OTHER AREA ON THE COURSE.

LEVEL TWO MEDIA
Media Accreditation for Level two media will ONLY be granted to bona fide photographers/videographers who have PLI for at least £5M in place. This PLI certificate MUST be sent to the media officer before the event.

The event reserves the right to refuse application for media and each request will be assessed on an individual basis. Amateur and casual photographers/videographers will not be considered. Please note that it is a condition of approval that images must be made available to the event for promotional use when requested, with suitable credit.
